Proflow Total Solution
The STS / TTS combines the screening power of our patented flip flow scalping screen, in conjunction with our high efficiency air density separator.
Our Scalping Flip Flow Screen removes the need for pre-screen, the oversize is removed off the top deck to ensure a high quality of lights/heavies separation of the mid grade. The fines are removed from the mid grade via the flip flow bottom deck, giving 4 distinct, clean products.
TTS-150
The TTS-150 is an all-in-one solution with ease of transport and fast set up times makes it a great option.
Proflow TTS-150features:
- Compatible with most mobile screening machines
- 1100mm wide heavy duty variable speed feeder conveyor
- 14’ x 5’ ft. flip flow screen with PU mats
- Fines, heavies, light, and oversized stockpile conveyors
- Air displacement unit with full adjustable separation drum
- Air knife 1500mm wide
- Cyclonic air chamber to allow for better separation of materials suspension
- Suction fan for removal of super lights or additional suction from heavies discharge conveyor (Optional)
- Magnetic drum on heavies for metal removal (Optional)
- Top Deck Options: 3D screening type, finger bar type, conventional punched plate or wire mesh.
