The SMX / TMX is an air density separator that transforms contaminated feed material by using air in a controlled environment to recover wood, plastics and stone
The Max Xtract provides effective separation of contaminated feed materials out from pre-screened contaminated material. The pressure principle guarantees a high degree of selectivity and is adjustable to specific requirements. The quality of the recyclable heavy material is improved further by the magnetic separation and a stone trap conveyor.
Max Xtract
The SMX-150 / TMX-150 offers an efficient solution to separate light impurities (plastic/paper or similar) as well as heavy impurities (stones and similar). With the Dual Air knife set up, it ensures a higher degree of accuracy in the cut.
Max Xtract has a wide range of applications including Construction & Demolition waste, Commercial waste, Wood, and ferrous metals. The Max Xtract can be modified to suit each application being processed by optimising the air flow to the material being processed.
Max Xtract is available in tracked or static unit.
