The Vac Xtract is an air suction separator system for the removal of light weight waste material such as paper, plastics and foil from applications including demolition waste, commercial waste, compostable material, wood, and other waste materials.

The Vac Xtract is designed using a centrifugal heavy duty industrial fan, heavy duty spiral helix ducting, a multi positional free-standing frame to support the suction fan. The fan unit can also be mounted directly onto a conveyor if required making the Vac Xtract one of the most versatile systems on the market.

The adjustable vacuum unit is positioned over a conveyor or screen box which then sucks the lightweight material through the extraction hood into a skip or collection cage. The remaining heavies material continues to pass on the conveyor to the stockpile or further waste separation method.
